I got fed up with missing parcels, and having to go and collect them from the PO....so bought a lockable parcel box...this is now fixed outside, and any parcels are left in there nice and secure :TKeep Moving 2018 challenge.

What a con flood the area with flyers - then lower the price knowing full well that most people would just accept it after making the effort to take there in the first place.
Stuffed it all back in the car and will take it to one of the charity shops some of it still had tags on.
I tried weigh and pay once only.
I take a large bag to the charity shop nearly every week!
Hardest thing is coming out empty handed.
Afternoon peeps.curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -
Ok, I seem to be on the way to sorting out my Nectar. I will have to wait and see what happens with mailings from Sainsbury but at least I now have a list of offers on the Nectar site.
Its too late now to do anything about the train journeys but they are showing up on my account. Is there anything I need to be aware of (ready for next time they appear) - the Virgin one looks a bit more straightfoward but how do I find the cheap child journeys please. Sorry to keep asking questions but I'm still in brain fog after sorting the double up offer !
If you have the offer on your Nectar account it is not too late to book trips for today. Just make sure you enter your N3ctar card on LNER and Virgin websites when booking.
LNER - 20.46 from Haymarket to Waverley, 1 child 0 adults, £1.20
Virgin West Coast 18.16, 20.15 or 22.15 Haymarket to Waverley, 1 child 0 adult, £1.20
Select ticket collection at Haymarket. These seem to be the last available options tonight for these stations.
Don't worry, the first child can meet up with the second child - just make sure they wrap up. It is a little late to be out on their own.
If you use their app it shows their logo next to the train time when it is their train (website does too if I recall).

I was going to go for a N3ro coffee this evening, but 02 app says they are out of stock .
I wasn't aware they had a limit on that offer?

Afternoon peeps.
Took 4 chairs this week... came back with a clock and a shawl/cape type thing. I've sussed it though, there is a hospice shop fairly near and you drive up to the back door to drop your stuff off.0 -
Me again!
Hugs and sunshine and roses to those of you who need them, you know who you are. xx
Cheeks still clamped tight here at Pippoland - no toilet roll to be found!
Did manage lots of bread at 24p per loaf,
and those Pulsin orange choc chip that are on COS & QS RTc'd, so a profit :j:j of 10p per pack:o0 -

Anon, thank you so much for this very detailed post. I have attempted my first bookings so fingers crossed I've done it right
I've had a look at the GWR site and the cheapest I'm coming up with is £2.45, Salisbury to Tisbury. Did you manage to better this at all, before I send my child on another trip on their own? :eek:0
