Can I just remind folks please that while some things we might do to save money may be "questionable", we stay on the right side of the law and do not do anything to deliberately commit anything that may be construed as fraud
Ooo, did I miss a post somewhere? Or have I just become desensitised? ;)

More info on the Ikea advent calendar deal:

    https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/deals/ikea/#50746

£2.95 spend for a guaranteed £10 off (minimum). Looks good.

As pointed above, also free tea/coffee. :D

? I thought you needed a token for them, they have the slots for a token?

not for coffee on it you dont. theres always a queue when i go but its worth it coz its nicer. only need the token if you press the other buttons, i think the coffee button is on the left and the others on the right but not 100%.
  • also, might be different in different stores, i go to warrington but am pretty sure id have done the same at Ashton store too. x

Glad I checked the opening times. Sainsbury's open at 8.00am, not 7am so I can have a lie in.

Anyone had an email from Nectar online?

    "Hi there,
You've been given 500 bonus Nectar points as part of Sainsbury's Swipe and Win weekend. To claim your points, click the 'Claim your points' button below by 21 November 2018, and the points will be in your account by the 30 December*. "

Wish they would appear in the account a bit earlier, but a nice little extra :D

No, unfortunately not - ignored yet again ... :(.

I would suggest separate transactions where possible or else you'll start getting conditional spends for when you spend £200!!

I've also got several bonus point coupons on homeware and clothing that are valid during the double up (1000 pts wys £25 on clothes and 2x800 pts wys £20 on homeware) so I'll be doing some £25 transactions

Didn't I read somewhere that you don't get N3ctar points when you pay with N3ctar vouchers?

Edit - yes "N3ctar points will not be earned on the value of your N3ctar Double Up voucher but will be earned as normal on any other shopping."

It would be good if you do though. I can't remember if the system gave points despite it saying this last year?
