I think it's return rates that dictate Amazon account reviews - that's what I've gathered from various hukd posts over the years. Also, there was a watchdog piece a couple of years ago and I seem to recall people returning items (IT equipment, TVs etc.) that triggered account reviews.
If it's of any help, I've had lots of refunds where I kept the items on my main account due to listing title errors - this is only on food items though (which can't be returned). There was a spate of incorrectly titled food items on Amazon Pantry about a year ago - all said pack of 3/4/6/9/12 but only 1 arrived each time. Due to their error, all items were refunded - it must have been several hundred pounds...
I think the Cif deal from last night has been corrected - reports that 6 arrive. Not bad for £3.50 delivered but I would rather 1 for free instead of 6 for £3.50. :rotfl: Order cancelled.

Here's another deal:
NESCAFÉ Gold Origins Cap Colombia Instant Coffee, 100 g:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B074MCSQKY
Note the RRP, weight (600g), shipping weight (2.2kg) and £/g. Also Q&A - all strongly suggest 6 jars for £4ish delivered.
I subscribed and saved instead and got 15% off so it works out at £3.82 for 6 jars delivered. I did 5 separate orders to get the 15% off.So that's 30 jars of coffee for £19 delivered. If 5 arrive then even better. :rotfl:

Morning all, on Q have had 4 pdf and 2 20p so far didn't realise there was acomp on at Q. Got some of the andrex loo rolls from B/A T last night, was there right time they were just been put out.
Looking to see if some1 can help. as I posted about this my sister oh passed away, I'm looking for something to give her as a memorial gift that is meaningful but a bit unique
friends have got her loads of things, so she has a yankee candle with a personalised pic on, keyring with saying in, her girls bought her some memorial baubles for tree, she has finger prints on necklaces & charms, prints with words of stuff they did. memorial bears from his clothes. pandora charms. loads of pictures printed of him & family pics.
Help struggling to find a different but meaningful present for xmas, don't usually exchange gifts at xmas as we buy each other kids, but know it is going to be tough for her. TIA
What about a canvas photo? I like to give them as celebratory gifts and memorial gifts and friends/family appreciate it a lot. It's a bit different but works well especially if you find the right picture.:grouphug:Official MSE canny forumite and HUKD VIP badge member

Hi everyone! I've been absent from 'moneysaving' for quite a while for personal reasons, but really want to get back on board with it if I am able. Its good to see this thread/group is still going!
I saw the demise of the APG a few weeks ago and got a bit nostalgic about the glitches that involved.
Hope to get back into the swing of things!0 -

Karlie -please can I ask if someone creates a brand new Amazon account will it have the "top up offer" or the "buy a gift card and get an extra £5" offer?
Or do these not apply to brand new accounts?
I am just thinking it might be an easier method of funding a new account than trailing to a PayPoint store.
(And some of us have the capacity for things going very wrong even with step by step instructions)
As for returns - I've only done one with the badly described cushions - such a mither. I don't think I could buy high value items just to return them on a regular basis
The offer will be there on a new account. It's the top up offer that works out best as a % (£5 added for a £25 top up instore). I think there's also a £5 offer wys £100 on a gift card online but that's not a high enough % for me to take up the offer.:grouphug:Official MSE canny forumite and HUKD VIP badge member
