Is anyone else still having problems with the wuntoo app :mad:

We went to get our free Greggs coffees today but when I clicked on the picture in Greggs it asked me to register again :mad:

So I had to put in my phone number, email, security code and password again, in the middle of the Greggs queue - I only re-registered 2 weeks ago.
I messaged them then and all they could suggest was to remove the app and reinstall it. That's not worked but I am going to do this again before I email them.

OH had to do the same with his - fortunately I knew how to do it and I knew the password - apps never log out so you don't tend to memorise the passwords.

On the plus side hot coffee was an excellent hand warmer and much appreciated, really I am feeling the cold now but the coffee was much appreciated

And that was about it for today - we took the newspaper pile to be recycled, shamefully the bottom of the pile had papers from a year ago
And the dining room table is now visible but still more piles of stuff to sort before its useable as a dining room table.

In Mr Ts I went in search of the emmis that have 75p cashback on COS - they are supposed to be £1 - but our store does not stock the size or type
No magazines left
The baked crisps section was a big empty void except for mixed versions so I got 2 of the mixed versions - I said to the till boy I had coupons and did he want to scan them separately but he had no issues with them.
I could not have even got any for the food bank - the collection point was over flowing so I had to put my contributions on the floor next to it - I messaged our local food bank when we got back and the lady said it was supposed to have been collected today.

Wow thats a great idea about the chef Marmiter we in fact have been offered a villa for the whole 10 days which belongs to a friend of a friend but decided on just a few days there as we have planned on travelling round quite a bit. Maybe we could hire the chef and get some cooking lessons into the bargain.:T

Well twiiter replied to my DtD query re my overcharging of ice cream and they said
Hi there, thanks for responding. that's great you still have the receipt, you will get double the difference back if you were overcharged at a manned checkout. If you take the receipt and container to any Metro, Extra or Superstore and they will be able to sort it out for you. Hope this helps.

So will screen shot that message incase I have probs, which I probably will knowing me lol

You have been over charged on ice cream - I think the dentist has charged me twice for the filling I had done a couple of weeks ago! Yesterday we went to the hygienist and afterward paid
I looked at the full receipt this afternoon and I've paid for the earlier treatment again :mad:
Another job for Monday ...

A trip to the Elephant Orphanage is a must. Very early start at 6.00 am but is was well worth it. That was the highlight of the holiday. Couple of other trips out but nothing very memorable.

It was such a shame as the day my friend got married, it rained for 24 hours solid. After the ceremony they were to ride off into the sunset on Monica, the hotel elephant which got bathed and dressed and accordingly for wedding ceremonies, but it just couldn't happen.

Thanks izzeyb, defintely planning a trip to the elephant orphanage but didnt realise it was such an early time of day, is this because it was so far from your hotel. Yes have taken into account the area the hotels are in and we also are hiring a driver who can make some suggestions about interesting places to visit. I really had a headache with this holiday but it seems to be falling into place now and I might even enjoy it. x

I knew in my heart that this would happen, but was hoping for a longer reprieve. I'm a betting man, and it was long odds-on that it would come back, as I have a very aggressive cancer. I am 9 on the scale (Gleason) and it only goes up to 10

Having cancer has made me a better person, so that's something positive.

And I'm treating myself to Octopus "Galician style" tonight, washed down with NZ Sauvignon Blanc

After looking for the T's mags for the last couple of weeks, I went earlier and they'd put 2 pallets out. I acquired a few.

Still crispless though! I wont be tomorrow. :rotfl:
