  • Hi All,

I had reason to email Ts customer service yesterday. I had received a £10 off £50 spend which is an awful lot to spend imo, but after careful planning and allowing for a few contingency items I was ready to shop. I’d included Budweiser for oh which accounted for £20 but did they have it? No . There were so many items either oos or not stocked that I ended up adding 6 bottles of wine (25% when you buy 6+ bottles) which I really didn’t need. So I emailed them when I got home complaining about the required £50 spend and the lack of stock. This was their reply.

“I'm really sorry to hear that you frequently find the vouchers we send out to you to not be appropriate for you to spend.

We do our best to make sure all coupons are relevant and appropriate but in some instances, we don't get it right.

We tend to send them to offer discount for our customers that may want to do a bigger shop than normal. You don't have to redeem them though as you can use as many or as little as you want.

It's absolutely fine if you don't want to use them and we're really sorry that they've not been helpful. We can opt you out of any future mailings if you'd prefer? You'll still receive all of our other mailings as normal.

As these coupons are sent to you as an extra bonus on top of your Clubcard vouchers, we aren't able to issue any gestures in their place.”

Well I won’t be shopping in T again (unless they’ve got free crisps of course). I’ve already abandoned A so Lidl and Aldi will now be my shops of choice. No Morris’s close enough.

Can I ask what T vouchers others have been getting?

Sorry not done a catch up. The Walkers crisps coupon scans fine in the Metro store and it doesn't say it is excluded on the coupon.

I have also read elsewhere that it works fine in Tesco Express, but you have to pay 9p as they are £1.59

not in them words it dont. but it does say extra and super stores only

now has anyone tried them on the 5 packs
it doesnt say they are excluded. :Ddoes say 6 packs though

Mr AJ went out early for his paper and came back with a bag of Plain crisps. I had to go to Mr T myself this afternoon, Mr AJ said he'd come with me.

My first stop was crisps, no plain so picked up cheese and onion. Got home and there's Mr AJ emptying his backpack. Horlicks and a bag of plain crisps. "Where did you get them from" I asked. "Hidden behind the big bags of plain" was his reply  I've taught him too well it seems
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Not had any for a couple of months.
Just treat yourself to some jeans.
I'm sure they will be too small after all the crisps and you'll have to return. ;) :rotfl:

This is as bad as the conditional spends I got from Sainsburys this morning - 6 of them - £12 off £80 shops
I dont think I've ever spent £80 in one go, in any supermarket never mind Sainsburys.
My average spend must be about £8

Hi All, I have just noticed that a couple of the flavours of the Superdug Impulse bodysprays that are listed on Hotdeals (shown as expired) as going through at 'bogof' twice (should be £1.99 bogof, but going through as buy one get 3 free) are now back in stock. Run!

I did my order of 8 yesterday when the Q bonus cashback one day bonanza extra special offer was on - even then the flavours were going out of stock - collected my order today!True love and tease still in stock.
These would be good as stocking fillers or even in pamper goodie bags.

None. I'm a regular shopper who responds well to T vouchers and still they don't send me any.
