    Quidco: £2, Comp entry, 50p and £££ - what does £££ mean?

Will the subway points disappear later or are they mine to keep?
    I think....

Normally I would spread this over three or four shops, reusing items as part of the eight on another shop, but obviously I need to buy more sooner. Some more freezer items being bought. Not too happy about recent price increase on Wheat Bisks - were 70p in M some months ago - but figured with 10% back they would work out cheaper than alternatives elsewhere once 10% ends. I won't be too happy if I see any even lower price on them in the future. Surprisingly, despite simple 10% (and off low value SP items where price match 10% is nearly worthless), it all adds up and gives a worthwhile £1.27 back. Only a few more pence to a 6 pint milk in a few weeks' time:rotfl:.

18 items (10 different) on your receipt qualify for comparison Asda morrisons
    2x ASDA Smart Price Tomato Soup (400g) £0.48 £0.48
    1x ASDA Smart Price Jaffa Cakes (135g) £0.27 N/A

    3x ASDA Smart Price Wheat Bisks (24x18g) £2.22 £2.22
    4x ASDA Smartprice Toilet Cleaner Pine (750ml) £1.08 £1.08
Comparison total (compared products only) £9.79 £9.47
    +£0.32 cheaper

I tried A's Dishwasher Cleaner earlier but it did not compare £1.60 vs £1 showing for M online. Instead it gave £1.60 vs £1.60:(. Therefore I had to replace it with another Rinse Aid instead and a pack of crackers - not as much APG back:(. I should have checked my own list but just went by online - do I have any Dishwasher Cleaner on my list? Answer is no, only Rinse Aid (and Dishwasher Freshener) so I think it is £1.60 instore (or was last Wednesday).

Store didn't have as many bottles of toilet cleaner as I wished. I originally wanted 7:eek:. I replaced one of them with a pack of Jaffa Cakes as I have noticed they have gone to even lower price of 27p (so are now best from A, unless anywhere else has gone down) but lose 2.7p that a toilet cleaner would have given as jaffa cakes non-comparable across the board. The other two toilet cleaners were changed to pay for other items - can you spot what adds up to the multiples of 27p?

I spent five APGs for this shop, but now able to use the excuse of wanting to get rid of them all with the system ending. I had £10.06 in five vouchers:rotfl:. The most I have ever used against one shop was six a while back - when I was buying a single higher value item but the wombles I had weren't very good.

SP Cheese Slices are supposed to have gone back down a bit, to 59p, having been 69p for some time. However, they were still scanning at 69p:( in my A and SEL said 69p. So I didn't spend my £1.03 voucher that I had prepared for another shop, of Cheese Slices (N/A everywhere else anyway - why bother with such items when there is still an APG for a day or so? - save them till the rest of the month when APG is gone) and either Washproof Plasters (gone up a bit from 40p to 44p) or Milk Chocolate Digestives. However I was able to put my £1.03 with another two vouchers that added to exactly £7 and buy one of the £7 travel hairdryers. A bit ealier than I expected - I didn't hold out in case they increase in price and, as they are non-grocery, hope they are not covered by even lower price.

Mars 13 pack funsize, 50p in one store, were in a prominent place, marked with £1.40 offer:( in my store and they scanned at £1.40. So no Mars Funsize for me. The pack size I had was 250g, in case the 50p is some older, perhaps higher weight, version that is being cleared out - although the run-up to Christmas, as we now are, seems to be a strange time to be offering this product somewhere at 50p.

    Thanks tweets :A

    She is a Maltipom.

They've all been playing nicely together, but when she gets in "mad puppy" mode they take cover and I have to calm her down - by letting her chew my hand :o
