It took just over 4 hours to get there with a Waitrose S/S stopover. I didn’t have my Waitrose card with me but when I mentioned I was one of their best customers, the young SA gave me the mag for free:)
We parked in the longstay car park at Terminal 4, which was free for the first 2 hours. We made it back to the car with minutes to spare. A few minutes later and it would be £27.40:eek:
DS seemed to be the last to come through but when I saw him I dived under the barrier and did my duty as a parent and squeezed the life out of him:D It was sooooooo good to see him:smileyhea:smileyhea
He ate his picnic in the car as we joined the 6 miles of stationary traffic on the M25:o
It was a long long long drive home but we chatted all the way......calling in at the same Waitrose S/S heading north where whoopsies were being stickered:rotfl:
I could hardly get out of bed this morning:o
Must be great to have him back.
That was a good time for your journey down.
When we visit DS 'down south' we always stop at the SS with a waities too, but have never come across whoopsies there!!0 -
Quick question about using APG please when using them in store is there a £10 threshold then a supervisor gets called. I have one for £14 but a big worried using it! Havnt done a shop using one for a long time. 😂We're just happy to have a home, a family and our health. Whatever else is just added and it fits.0

Dayshift will give you a better reply than I can, but I sure you can use one for under £20 at a self service till.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

You should be fine with that, £20 seems to be the threshold now.0 -

Eldest son and his GF might be bringing there own gin they have been infusing and bottling - looking forward to this.
So maybe this will be this Christmas theme - homemade and home spun

Also if you're going to Ideal Home Christmas on the Wednesday or Thursday, say hello! :rotfl:
We aren't going this year PD, first time in many years. It clashes with other things this year. What a cake :jMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
