me too. I have emailed them to ask if they can do it another way, otherwise the people doing the surveys are not a representative sample. It is so frustrating to log in in the morning to find them all gone.

I emailed them a few weeks ago....their excuse was they were trying hard to rectify the problem as the computer system was overloaded when the invites went out during the day !!!!

Morning, do you think this will only apply to people that receive that email or will they back date it to all those that haven't yet collected the 3 free bottles, please. Don't know if I should just cancel now and forget about the freebies. Thank you.
  • Found in HB today: Sabatier 4 piece ceramic knife set ( 2 x paring knives 4'' and 3'', serrated santoku (!) knife & Chef knife). Rather gaudy blue but each has a plastic sheath to protect blade. They are on beige cardboard with red Sabatier flash at the top. £6.99 RRP £29.99 though can get them on the net for £19.99.

No idea, sorry. Have you received the email? When did you apply? I applied on Thirsdsy and received that message on Friday.

If anyone is interested, since my nectar points were used fraudulently twice over, nectar have been efficient in setting me up with a new account and reinstating my points. It’s a right pain having to change my linkings though, virgin, lner, ebay, mymail, etc. I have lost my loyalty and the standard of offers on my nectar, and nothing they can do about that. Initially they gave me 2000 nectar points but have since given me another 1000, which I don’t think anywhere matches my loss and the inconvenience. I have 5 coupons for £4 off £40 spend at Sainsbury’s linked to my old account that I have lost out on, and Sainsbury’s couldn’t care less. It’s time Sainsbury’s and nectar got their act together and secured the system that seems so open to fraud.

ETA not that I was ever likely to spend £40 at Sainsbury’s inflated prices!

    What a mess Shirley.
It's made me realise that I shouldn't save points etc.
How much have you lost altogether?

Sorry to hear that - can't you still spend the vouchers anyway?
