Thanks for the groupon deal Rocky....I chose the everywhere card and also business and personal use for the card as it appear there is no transaction fee then....what a fab deal...thank you :beer:

I'm in too - £35 for £10 is a great deal, particularly when you can spend it in the UK, so effectively an instant £25 profit . I may even use it to pay a utility so I don't forget about it .

Once your order comes through (almost instant) follow the instructions to register the FX card - follow the link from Gpon (copy voucher code first) to their site where there is a special landing page and you choose Dollar, Euro or Everywhere then click order. Took a PPI claim on my old mortgage to Ombudsman who didn't rule in my favour but said the business would make me a offer under the Previn ruling - that was in May. Have heard nothing and FOS has chased them twice. It was The Mortgage Business part of Bank of Scotland which in turn is part of the Lloyds Banking Group. Would take them to Court but the FOS hasn't put a ££ amount in their decision letter. Anyone got any ideas as to what to do next.

Now arguing with SimplyHealth who won't pay out on a claim for a replacement filling that was done before the tooth was crowned. There are saying it was crownwork.

Insurance is a nightmare - apparently Claims on your home while you are on holiday are being denied if you post anything on Social Media relating to it. DD regularly posts that she is the airport en route to where ever or the compulsory pic of the cocktail by the pool. So it's a no no for her from now.

Seems to be no amex and beware credit card as there may be 2.5% fee and it might be treated as cash transaction by credit card issuer.

Not a bad Groupon deal - hope all members of the family can avail of it too.

Asda getting rid of APGs - hope there is a fantastic glitch soon so we can go out on a bang. Something that we can stock up that will last for ages - dishwashing tablets, toilet rolls etc. Remember when Ts first introduced their Price thingy - my garage was full of those, the cupboard stuffed with tins of tuna and the freezer crammed with racks of lamb. Happy days.

It is rumours at the moment so I will not get panicking just yet. But yes, a few good glitches would be great to make up for the stress caused .
