Same here, although one asked me to open windows once, and I asked why would opening windows help, and I didn't want to get cold anyway
One time one said I had a virus on my computer, I asked what sort it was, my reply was "ooh, I shall have to sort that out, it shouldn't be visible as I was building it in my sandbox". Quite funny, first time I have ever got them to put the phone down on me :rotfl::rotfl:
My OH has a good one at the moment, all the "survey" calls where the first thing they say is they are not trying to sell you anything, he replies "if you're not trying to sell me anything I am not interested", he really must have left a lot of call centre staff very confused :rotfl::rotfl:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
Morning Everyone.
Wishing you all the best gocat.0 -
Morning everyone and good luck to GoCat
Trying to find if any white wines at A come in under £4 (my magic figure). Best I can find is Casillero del Diablo Pinot Grigio (75cl) at £3.80 a bottle after PAG, am I missing any others?

Havent got an Asda nearby so might try an online order for the wine. While I still have money available from my jobs in July want to get ahead with Xmas drink shopping. I already have beer and cider I was given by my sis from the last job so its just a bit of wine. Need red and white and 6-12 bottles will do. Does APG online work the same these days havent done it for over a year?
Also doing the 1p a day savings thing so Xmas should be covered0 -

I'm not partaking in the wine glitch (not my tipple
) but I've noticed all the shops are in 6's. It is possible to buy 7/8/9/10 of the same flavour in the same shop if you only wanted the one 'flavour'.
Super savings can be made this week at Asda on everything from big-name bubbly to excellent award-winning own brand bottles with the launch of Asda’s latest wine promotion – giving customers a huge 25% saving when they purchase six or more bottles of wine included in the offer.0 -
