I complained about their party rings and they apologised and sent me 2 coupons.

don't know, but it does state they expire in 15 minutes once opened.

Minor remark: a local asda has a 'lotto lucky dip' half-screen advert on the self-service start screen. And this new software self-service will take a scan of the APG barcode then the receipt barcode, no need to type it all in like I've been doing...
