Hi, long-time lurker, occasional poster. As always feel like my life and trials and tribulations are too boring to post. However, I've really saved over the last couple of days which i would only find for you guys. over the last 2 days I've had...
3 x free bottles of wine from Majestic
free hand wash from M&S
Lovely bottle of gin for £11 (had to pay £1 for membership but the offer went through on a temporary card so I could repeat with another temporary card. Neither of the stores I went into had any idea of the offer or any signs. Anyone in South Worcestershire/ South Warwickshire message me if you'd like to know where there's stock
A free Thorntons ice cream (huge!)
i'm going to take a deep breath and go for it with my recent life after sharing some SD finds
Today I found Fudge Urban Inflatable Jelly (it's a gel not more lube!) for 70P
https://fudgeurban.com/hold-up/
and John Frieda 7 day in-shower treatment for £1

This forum has become so important to me as four weeks ago I changed job and went to 3 days a week. This was a change I had to make as just over a year ago the menopause hit me. There's no other way to describe the storm of hormones and emotions that hit me. I had always tended to get easily stressed and be a bit of a worrier but it accelerated into full on anxiety. My previous job was fairly stressful in a very large company and I just found I couldn't cope. Even silly things like working in a large open plan office became overwhelming.
I worked in an all-male team and just didn't think that I could talk to them. Added to which I worked in a sales team that was very pressured at times and no-one wanted to admit their frailties and put on a strong face at all times.
I was feeling so bad that I just needed to get out of there and was prepared to just hand in my notice and try and find some freelancing to keep enough money coming in to pay the bills. Luckily in some ways I grew up in a house without much money and so I've always been naturally frugal (hence why I love this forum) and so I knew that it's possible to really stretch money.
Luckily an ex-colleague of mine worked for a small company that wanted to expand and thought I'd be perfect (which was the boost I needed). However I knew I needed to not put pressure on myself and so I negotiated 3 days week
Hence why I'm four weeks into a nice job in a friendly and flexible company. I don't earn as much money but so far I've not noticed and the freebies over the last couple of days mean I can have the some little luxuries still
So a big thanks to everyone who has posted a deal or patiently explained things (I've used 2 x Waitrose coupons so far this week which has brilliant too)0 -

Another lurker out the woodwork! blinking cheese trying to log in was a challenge and a half!!
Anyway, i wanted to sign up to say thank you really! I might not have much time to read and post once September arrives but hoping that the fact ive registered it will push me to join in more.
I have no idea about PAG (i do get that names have been changed to protect the search) I tried it once but it didnt save what i had an had no idea how to claim it. Will work on that when my brain is working better.
Had a lovely bargain massage this morning, then went in search of bargains and i fell over at the crossing in front of a town of people, ouch! made myself feel better by getting the batteries but had to push for them! then got half price dry shampoo in superdrug with a £1 off my beauty card and £1 off with unidays. then went to !!!!!! (hmmm was that the right pseudonym??) for lovely wine to add to my lovely corporation gin. oooo and got OH a keg for a fiver in Ts and its in date and everything!
Hope all are well/as well as can be. xxx0 -

Good morning all, happy Saturday.
No footie this morning, instead I am going formal dress shopping with my DD. I am anticipating it being very expensive and a bit stressy but maybe fun as well.

I think this is a glitch.
A small one, but it's the best price we've had for a while.
Vs M (sorry not Northern Ireland)
1x ASDA Smart Price Rubber Gloves Medium (2pk) £0.44 £0.22
Looks like the pack of gloves is comparing against M's, which are a pair, but then dividing M's price by two. From a receipt today, so this will last until at least sometime on Tuesday.
It's been a job in the past to get these to compare at all vs M. They were returning M as N/A for a long time, possibly because they saw M's as being different pack size when they are not.0 -
Yes please gomeone tell me how to get rid of the miners! Ha !!!128514;
