    Your inbox is full...

I have had a few occasions where their till has rejected the £20 and £10 vouchers (and Gweggs) - asking them to try again usually gets them working. That said, I had a few where i hadn't deleted them properly (I was not trying it on, the Wi-fi in Gweggs is flakey!) :o.

Evening elite, for those without t's magazines, they will accept a printed version from their online magazine. I have used several of those recently as local t's only got the magazines in today.:)

Online is even better than PO checking service and just as quick.

If I get photos done at a shop can I either scan them into my computer to upload with the application or take an image of the photos with my iPad ? I don't trust a 'homemade' photo !

I perishing well AM on the wild side - my DH will throttle me if I have b******** this up !

I am usually well organised with travel stuff but we changed our Sri Lankan trip from late Jan to Nov. I couldn't renew the passport until 9 months before expiry and would have had plenty of time to do it after our 2 trips in Sept and Oct. I completely forgot the change in dates - pure chance I noticed the problem today when Saga reminded me I hadn't given them our passport details.

I would prefer to do it online as I gather they let you know how things are progressing. Can I get professional photos taken and the scan and upload them do you think ?

You can go to a booth where it prints out a pic, but also gives you a code to input into the passport application. See this gov. passport page for information

    https://www.passport.service.gov.uk/help/photo-codes

See this google search to find a local one.

Edit: but honestly, they initially let you know within seconds if the self-taken photo is a definite no go, then a person checks it, and they let you know within a day, possibly 2, so you can do another one. I have done 2, and first was fine, second I didnt have a plain background, so took another pic 2 days later, and still ha the passport back in under 10 working days.

I didn't plan on using a booth as I had trouble with the pics a while back - I was going to get them done in Timpsons shop. Some of them are set up to do them. Then I thought I could upload them to send with the form.

Can you tell I am stil in panic mode:(

    Awww bless, yes.

Photo booths did peoples passport pics for years and years without problems.

But if you search for a digital timpsons they will give you a digital copy I gather.

i done my passport about 6 weeks ago. just get someone to take your picture with your phone. the system on line will tell you is its no good. just go through the process, you can always abort if you find it too difficult. it really is easy though. it is really a good step by step application though.
i emailed it to myself from my phone to my lappy. do it in full pixels by the way

I took DS to his tennis lesson. While I was out DW heard a huge crash and assumed something had blown down in the garden...but discovered the problem was in the kitchen, the cheap chipboard shelving unit that has had a shelf designated for free COS Alcohol had collapsed under the weight of Brewdog, Happy Down, Orchard Thieves etc etc :o :rotfl: :(
    I think....

Is there a way to check the 10 and 20 droid codes to know if they have been used or not?
