The new T magazine contains a coupon for a free drink from the cafe.
I've never visited the cafe in my store as it's upstairs all by itself.
May pop up next week and take a look.

    Morning peeps.

That's interesting. Our T has a costa rather than an own brand cafe.

Interesting - the last time the Mr T mag had these they only appeared on the last day in our store :(
In fact by the lifts in our store at the weekend they still had a crate of the May magazines!

I am wondering now if ours is a Mr T caf! - it was a Costa but I am not convinced it still is.

Even so it might be worth investigating - I've got to get Iams anyway for the cats as we are at the critical point

    Morning all.
NE coven, ive reliably been told that the pound shop at the gallerys (the one next to the M&S and Lidl (or Aldi) is closing down, so everythings 50p, could be some bargains. Ill miss it as travelling down to see our Purple Donkeys haunts today.

    Good morning everyone!

I went into Sains last night to have a nosey for 20p pork scratching etc. The only thing I could find were 130g bags of McCoy's 'Chip Shop' sea salt flavour. I was actually about to walk straight past them as they were on the top shelf and I'm not very tall, but a member of staff was restocking the shelves and told me about them! There was only one packet left on the shelves, but he offered to go out the back to find another box for me. What a nice chap! In the end I just bought 4 as I didn't want to look greedy. :o

It sounds like there are some good things to be found in A's at the moment :). Our nearest is a 16 mile round trip so I'm not sure it's worth be driving down there on the off-chance, but we'll be passing at the weekend so I could have a look then. Sadly our freezer is far too full for burgers :(.

Morning all - we are down to 24 degrees and it feels cold, I have taken to sleeping under the duvet again instead of on top of the bed.
As even the weedy bits of the garden have been decimated by weeks of sunshine we have been able to get into bits that are normally too lush and fulsome in the summer. There has been a lot of serious hacking back of hedges, ivy uprooting, bushes cut to the ground in the hope they will revive and perennials that went over too soon cut right back in the hope that they will spring up again - it all looks savaged and dreadful - visitors are due in 4 weeks and I don't think it will look much better then.

I've still got some new plants still sitting in pots in various storage boxes of water - I don't want to risk planting anything yet as the ground is so dry and everything is looking fairly happy sat in pots.

Yep, it's crazy mhoc, it was 26C in our bedroom last night, and we were frozen, all tucked up under the quilt again.

Went outside last night when it was 22C and nearly came back in for my jacket!

    Morning all.
Been keeping up but don't have much to post, so reading only.
I was unable to post while on holiday as the WiFi was atrocious. No pics that I said I would post, sorry.
I thought I'd post some pics of my garden.

its hot hot hot down there
I was there Tuesday with my 2 gds at caf! rouge (wontu+ap) near London bridge, then to the water just round the corner, where the boys had a great time running in and out of the fountains
but what a wonderful view, the major landmarks in the back ground including tower of london and tower bridge opening and a cool breeze :)
    I travelled back yesterday
    enjoy:)
