On the plus side, I got some cherry liqueurs...

    Good Morning
Thank you all for the Birthday Wishes yesterday.
I can confirm that being 60 doesn't feel any different to 59 :)
Just I can get free prescriptions and my buss pass now :j
But it's hard to get my head round the fact I am officially an oldie.

Spent the morning at home, friend came round with her husband and grandson's at lunchtime, as they only had half a day in school, due to parents afternoon.
Rest of the day with Mum in her house.
Was lovely just to be able to share the day with her and feel so lucky to still have her around at 60 :)

    Saversue....Belated birthday wishes..Hope you had a great day...

    Morning :)

Is it a bad idea to go to shopping centres this morning? Was planning a trip and forgot it was Black Friday. Don’t really want to be stuck in traffic or crowd with a 3 yr old

Probably too late but I've just come back from town and there wasn't anything special down there. Not even attempting cribbs  some folks will do anything for a quid or two off :rotfl::rotfl:

Shame really cosI could do with going to asda :rotfl:

Sorry for absence in the last couple of days, I've been there or thereabouts but not had time to do anything :o

I have my Kevin and Katie carrot. My local store sold out within about 20 mins. MG was there for opening for me :D

Offers like this really get my goat with Aldi. Something they know full well is going to fly off the shelf and they do it on a Thursday when people are at work. In my case I have to be on the other side of town at opening time so I've got no chance normally. It's only because MG starts work later that he could get mine for me.

They could do with putting X amount of whatever is going to sell out very quickly out at staggered times too, so that everyone has chance.

    Moan over :rotfl:
