I follow a low carb FB group, try to keep to under 30gms carbs ( net carbs ) a day and dont count calories. I do miss fruit though. TM said its about eating healthily and exercising and if that worked for me I would do that but it doesn't. Will try to post a couple of menus of my days eating over the weekend if that helps.

Thanks that will be interesting x

I got 6 off 30 at W again - I know you lot have tried to teach me how to do cond spend at W with cohee and mags and newspapers etc but I still haven't got my head around it - I also got a vanish 7 off and ther eis 3 for 10 meat - do you just have to get your pre any discount/freebie/multibuy to 30+ and then all the discounts are taken off after?

Yes, that's right the 30 will trigger on the gross price (ie before promotional discounts taken off). The coffee, mags, paper count too.

I got a lot of Half Price vouchers for cleaning products, have'nt had time to check prices but unlikely to use many of them as they are for branded items that are usually expensive compared to A etc:(

    Good Luck!

I've still got quite a few 5 Beanz, but the kids always preferred the Lidl beans

I tried the ALDI beans last week, not impressed. Branston are the best in my book.

I'm not impressed with the fake special K with red berries either, the fruit is too sparse or maybe all at the bottom of the pack.

What I do like are the big white buttons, only 59p for the same size bag as other brands sell for minimum £1, but that's a very bad thing and I will have to stop buying them!
I will have to try Lidl beans. I buy S own beans, the sauce is on the thicker side and they're tasty.. hate watery sauce!
