I follow a low carb FB group, try to keep to under 30gms carbs ( net carbs ) a day and dont count calories. I do miss fruit though. TM said its about eating healthily and exercising and if that worked for me I would do that but it doesn't. Will try to post a couple of menus of my days eating over the weekend if that helps.

Update on That Sister, she had a meet with a lady who had the tongue & voice box removed 12 years ago
Also she has an appt at The Christie, Manchester about going on the Immunotherapy trial

Yes, that's right the 30 will trigger on the gross price (ie before promotional discounts taken off). The coffee, mags, paper count too.

I got a lot of Half Price vouchers for cleaning products, have'nt had time to check prices but unlikely to use many of them as they are for branded items that are usually expensive compared to A etc:(
