If all your offers disappear from the PEx app while you are in PEx (which happened to us :eek:), try deleting the app and downloading it again. This was not what you want when getting ready to pay the bill ... .

Wise advice - you shouldn't need to screenshot offers with a fixed expiry, but better to be safe than embarrassed (or ... you know ... pay cash :eek:).

Uploading the receipt was not the problem, the fact I had bought Cadbury's Dairy Milk rather than Galaxy was....

Managed to 3 people for £2 OneTwo at Caf Red the other day (max 2 per table in theory). We also have 3 free PEX and would then hope to use 2x OwTwo £5 on the same table so please let us know how you get on. (Paying of course by droid - when do the PEX droid expire?)

They couldn't accept 02 and the free PEx on the same table (we had two tables next to each other and ordered separately - their till system prevents it due to 02 tandcs from what they said). The free PEx were visible before we walked in then all vouchers disappeared from all PEx apps while we were there :eek:.

Also, please could anyone advise how the staff are meant to input the AP voucher into their till?

I went with my mum a few weeks ago and got the free pizza and also some coleslaw. The free code worked, but the guy tried multiple times then said he didn’t know how to put in the AP one.

We had to pay cash for the coleslaw. I asked him to find out how to do it as we might go again, he said yes but I know how useless sa’s can be.

They put the AP code into the credit card machine not the handheld thing that they use to scan the QR code on other vouchers. There are instructions for them on your AP voucher when you click on it.

Mine don't expire until November 2019, so I really need to venture further and use my BellaItal first.
