You need to download the app, complete your profile 100%, list your three Pizza Expresses that are your favourite, click on your 4 favourite menu items.
Dont forget you have a June birthday!!!
Then you get a validation email.
6 hours later free pizza should appear on your app :j

There us a MSE article about it that explains better but you have to compete all of the steps to get to the free pizza stage - also free fizz for your birthday - a few PEs might accept both
