They said I'd be sent a new card, and not to use my current N card and to save receipts. I can't link to MyMail either.

I have 'quite a few' points so a bit worrying!

Considering I still had my nectar card in my possession, and you need the long number to log in, plus my password, the ability to hack must have come from inside their company, so maybe they are being a bit more vigilant/are aware they have problems?
They did send me a new card and restore the points and reset my account.
Reminded me of the hacking issues T Clubcard had not so long ago.

Just an update on this, after another chat session a week ago I've eventually had a new card through the post.
(I've) had 3 N cards for many years no problems, but it looks like they have merged two accounts as they've sent two cards in two diff names (that I used).


I've got no idea what happened or why they've done this, I've not lost my card or anything or been hacked.


I wonder if they are looking to merge multi acc's?

Oh - that's interesting - so something to be mindful of if buying several COS items together - better to do separate receipts to keep the total under £5 and have to do 2 or 3 uploads - better than holding onto a receipt for 3 months and then trying to find it and post it off for validation purposes.
I know there is a maximum number of receipts you can upload in a day - is it 6 - or have I just imagined that???

What happens though if you have already withdrawn the amount - long before the 60 days when they want further verification?

Also the 20% off clothing is still active at least for today but you need to activate it on your sparks app

Today I went to Neros and OHs code worked - he is on android, I am on iphone and both of us have credit on our sims. But no matter how many times I scanned my code it beeped as if it was scanning but it just would not take the price of my hot drink off.

I had both of our loyalty cards in my hand and both of us just needed one stamp for a complete card. The assistant took my card from me in payment. Then she gave me 3 stamps - one on my friends and 2 on a new card - as if this was compensation.

At the bottom of the page there is a button for tweeting for assistant but I could not get that to work in the shop. Instead I sent 02 a direct message. They asked if Id spoken to a manager in the shop - there was none or none as far as I could see .
Then 02 just said to keep an eye out for more offers - in other words - tough we cant do anything

The app worked last Tuesday - used it for both a hot drink and for toothpaste in H&B

Yes I probably did have a jobsworth and if one of the lads were on the tills he would just have over ridden the till but even so ...
