I bought my dad that shirt last year but blue boats on white. He put it on as soon as I gave it him but it was never seen again after that day. I think nursing homes should be accountable for these things they charge enough. I also bought him a big book of cars of the decades which also went missing but their good news was they found it in time for my mum clearing his room after he had passed away..... please don't ask if I would recommend that home :rotfl::eek:
We had that dreadful job - my sister had to sew name labels into all of my Dads clothes. THe place my Dad was in had its own laundry and it was all done in house but even so I think things like socks and underwear got swapped around.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

20p off for using travel mug.
What Costa sizes mean:
http://www.plainenglish.co.uk/news/947-our-coffee-cup-overflows-with-jargon.htl
Possible prices:
https://uk.menuwithprice.com/costa-coffee-menu/
So for hot drinks using own mug you get £2.65 value against what you buy.
If you want anything else but more expensive, pay the difference.
And no harm and trying 2 GCs at the same time, they can only say no.
Watch out, I bought a coughee priced at £1.95 and the suspected manager serving me asked how much Wontwo voucher was for, I answered honestly "up to £2.45" .I watched the till display and the cheating so and so amended the price to £2.45 .
If someone does that to me again I am going to ask for receipt to put the frighteners on them and maybe mumble "trading standards" :rotfl::rotfl:
I think I'm fully wired with coffee right now!
I had 3 handsets so 3 codes, got a 'medium' flat white this morning, I always get a receipt, and when I looked they had put it through as cash, so still £2.45 on the Wonton code!
I then went inside at lunch time and got a large latte, and a muffin, paid with Wonton.
Then this afternoon used the last of the Wontons on a Med latte.
Never drank so much coffee in one day lol.. buzzin :rotfl:I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -

Someone on HUKD pointed out there are 2x "try for 50p" biscuits on Shopmium that are exclusive to costa.
They cost £1.55 so you could buy 2 for £3.10, use a £2.45 voucher, pay 65p and get £2.10 back.
That's assuming you just have one costa voucher.
Or, you could just buy one pack of biscuits and 2 lindt truffles at 45p each. Then you would have nothing to pay at all and could claim back £1.05Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

I've tried 2 big stores with no success - I dont know what I was going to do with them if I ever found them
I've still got them as free on my COS list with 4 days to go
My friend says her kids are savages and they would eat anything but I think even she would draw the line
They were in a famous NW coastal seaside resort @'s.0 -

Afternoon peeps.
Did anyone else try the Little Duck loo rolls?
I think the quality is much the same as Nicky, but theres slightly less on each roll.
Im not good at maths not sure which works out better value, but since the Nicky price increase, think Ill stick to Little Duck.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
