    Evening all

    Rubbish day and wonder if anyone has knowledge of car insurance claims

    You may recall that another driver ran into me in January and the police were passing They accessed the CCTV footage and confirmed I was not to blame

    Insurers have now come back with " the police have not responded so we are treating the mater as 50/50"

    Aside from my excess I am not to blame and feel this is so unfair

    Any advice welcomed

    I have also posted on the Insurance thread

    Perhaps because I chose the £25 plant, I should have bought something more expensive to stand a chance of it being delivered.......
