    A v M

2x ASDA Meaty Chunks in Jelly Dog Tins (24x400) £19.00 £16.00
This was on the receipt with 9 different sized packs of pig kidney:o_pale__pale__pale_

But did it offer a good APG? I had one of those today on a receipt - in fact it ought to make the list - and it was good, although they also bought items more expensive at M. It was mainly full price versus full price on the items but I suppose that adds more to the 10% - including a whiskey at £20 vs £20 which contributed £2 - and also A came out a bit cheaper:(, quite a lot compared meaning comparable bills of about £70 vs £70 and an APG of nearly £7:D.

Although the other receipts were not as good as that, and I got one more than 10% cheaper but the worst one would have probably been one with reduced items on it that didn't have enough items anyway, I like them buying a pack of Walkers Crisps at £1.65 - they bought me one Variety pack this time and it compared £1.65 vs £1 M (and also £1 S but M was the comp. that mattered) and made an APG that was worthwhile:T. Much better for wombles now they are full price in A - at least they no longer buy 3 at £1 each and likely give £1.00 vs £1.00x3 at best:( and cut the APG against anywhere else full price. Now, with the mbuy no longer on and the items up in price a bit, it is helping wombles.

The other good [Strike]item[/Strike] help on another receipt was some expensive Smoothies at £3.30 that are on half price in T and S.

Hmmm, now that has made me think. All this in the news at the moment about straws, and what the cartons of drink would use instead...why dont they just put a piece of that long pasta with a hole in it on the side of the carton to use as a straw. Off to look up patents :D
    Daves Delicious Pasta Straws ®

    I have a better idea.

Take the ink tube out of your bic pen and use the plastic outer as a straw. Then when you are finished put the ink back in and you can use it again as a pen

You could call it a stren ...straw pen

    Or a paw ....pen straw

tweets - just read your post. Hope your Mum makes a good recovery.
It's a horrible, worrying time for you and you need to take care and pace yourself.
I have been/am in your situation - Mum broke her back 20 months ago and I now care for her.
