I was just going on adrenalin some days but AJ was not far away from virtual help she was other end of phone or text which I think I did phone a couple times silly me cant remember lol.

Leaving our Poppy did worry me but she was such a good girl she knew Mummy would be back soon as she could :A

I will try and look after myself and our Poppy will look after me :A
