Good morning Elite.

The seventeen glitch does work after a bit a faffing. It would appear to only be working on the palettes that bubbs posted the image of which is a shame because I was go in to make up a little hamper as a raffle prize.
Edited to say i got it to work on concealer sticks too but I can't get it to work again, one order for dd, one order for hamper, never mind.
Edited a second time to say they accepted the order and then once I've checked it they have removed the wow tan free gift so it is only working on the palettes as I originally thought.0 -
Morning all

The sun is still shining, hope it doesn't get too hot today though as I'm off into London shortly to see my friend running the marathon.0 -

From April 2017 an allowance was introduced for miscellaneous income, upto £1000. Details here.
Interesting - I will have to read again a few times to make sense of this. If you made more than £1000 "profit" for either property or other miscellaneous earnings, is £1000 tax free and taken off your Total before the rest is taxed at your normal rate, or if you earn over £1000 does it all become taxable so another cliff edge? I have read it but still getting my head around it.
Many thanks

It's just worked again for me Di but it appears that your 2 items need to be the same?
Am I right in thinking that this will work better instore ie the till sees the cost of the tan at £5.99 and then you can get stuff free up to that amount.

A beautiful day here too. Dh is going to watch Bolton today it would appear that me getting him the Man Utd tickets for his birthday sparked an interest in watching football again.
One of his friends have offered Ed Sheran tickets for us to auction off towards my 3k  target. Along with the Man U t shirt they are a couple of potential earners although I can't help thinking they may be a bit wasted at a pub quiz raffle. I'll await some inspiration for what to do with them.
Wow, what a great prize :T xI, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

Good morning all, another glorious sunny day here.
Supposed to be down to 12 degrees by the end of the week though, which is just as well as I have to bring forward some major housework, was going to clean carpet when OH was away for the weekend, but really need to do it before we get the birds. It isn't the cleaning the carpet bit that is hard work, it is digging the furniture out of it and moving it :eek:we went to London last Friday to have a few days break away, so we classed it as our anniversary treat, also it was GS 3rd birthday
We had our £3 lunch at bella italia on the way down
DH had booked the Hilton at docklands, for 3 nights, on arrival they asked if we wanted to up grade our room for an extra £50 a night, obviously we declined..I mentioned it was our 40th wedding anniversary treat so she upgraded us to a suite with separate lounge area and breakfast
not bad for the original £89 per night that was paid.
Saturday was birthday party day for GS which was lovely
Sunday we had a meal in the hotel which had previously been booked via buyagift
The following evening we went on the complimentary ferry to canary wharf where we had a meal at zizzy with 50% off and the remainder paid by a gift card which expired at the end of the month
Tuesday we went to London bridge with the 2 GS, had free coffee at caf! rouge, then went back for lunch, the balance of the bill paid for via ap
M&S was or next stop before heading back on the short bus ride- there we picked up the stir fry meal deal free cokes as well as other items all using ap
We returned home Wednesday late afternoon, to then turn round and take DD the 1 hour round trip back to hers..shed been house sitting.
Thursday 100 mile round trip to take the car to a main Citroen dealer, we had to take 2 cars as they said the poorly car might have to stay in overninght- but they would let us know the outcome by 2pm,
we took the park & ride into the city center where we had our free coffee and cake at JL
after a little wander round caf! nero for free coffee was our next stop, before we could get to costa we had a call saying the car was done and ready.
After leaving home at 7.30 am we finally arrived home at 6pm
Friday morning 10am dental appointment for my tooth which I broke about a month ago, home by 11.30, a little rest, then onto gardening til 5 ish
Today we done a cb to get rid of lots of unwanted things, home for a quick lunch then off to T to use up a conditional spend, fill the car with diesel before London on sunday and the A for my lampshades I bought via vouchercodes for the £10 amazon voucher
on the way to town the red warning light came on again, grrr !!! so the problem is not fixed, but I will still have to use the car, apparently its something to do with the adblu and the emissions...fortunately the car is still under warrenty which is why it had to go to a main dealer.
Tomorrow off to do another car boot in the morning as the other car is still packed from today..then off for my babysitting duties in London..
Gosh im just shattered thinking about what ive achieved and what ive got to do next week...
...and the housework wasn't done
off to bed in a min
I read this and felt like I should go back to get  Do you EVER sit still for more than a minute at a time :rotfl::rotfl:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
