I ordered that laptop from Wish last night, was having a quick look at the thread on my new phone. My son uses Wish, just means waiting a bit longer. Will be interesting to see what happens, be interesting if the laptop turns up and they try to charge tax, not sure if that will happen, they are in the US and Holland as far as I can see. But we only paid £2 for it technically. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

Morning all
Green and skinny here, was blaming my iPad so glad it's not just me.
My sister and brother in law are big steam train fanatics and were meant to be going on Tornado's first 90mph trip on Saturday. BIL is now sadly not well enough to go so they have gifted us their tickets. We will have five hours in York - anything bargainous to do there?0 -
Just checked my 10 tin soup shops x 2.
Thanks Izzey.
Wish I'd just bought 20 in 1 shop now but I feel awkward at the till with too many.
Night everyone.
Will catch up tomorrow, too tired tonight.
I always feel a bit self-conscious too but I always tell myself it's worth it for a few minutes of discomfort, and I'm not doing anything wrong anyway! I bought 45 tins/packets of soup yesterday and the person at the till didn't bat an eyelid. I'm sure they see far stranger things.0 -

The only time I feel nervous is when I am doing a big DTD, not done a big one for a while now though. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
You never know that might be my future. :rotfl:
That's a good price for the Fairy :money:
We have a local store well I say store it's an industrial unit, not tried it yet but it sells stuff close to or past BB date but you tend to have to buy in bulk so not tried it yet.
Anyone local to me it's called "Rogers" and thy have a FB page to show what they have in stock.
We have a Rogers down here as well Great if you are a muggle but my sense of value has been slightly skewed by the Elite :rotfl::rotfl: Some of it can be a bargain but I find a lot of it you can get at similar prices in supermarkets if you put a bit of effort in/aren't so fussy about brands.

Just Barny Bear left to contend with
Managed to fork over and weed half of vegetable patch yesterday - I ended up being over 7 foot tall with all the mud stuck to my wellies
Have a great day everyone :AFighting Recurring Cancer0 -

I know I'm my own worst enemy - I can hardly move today
When I had finished I sat on the wall between the patio and the garden [STRIKE]panting and breathless[/STRIKE] resting, and I felt a little tap on my back. I turned around and it was my little dog tapping me with his paw - so cute of him as if he was checking if I was okay :AFighting Recurring Cancer0
