3 free cold drinks have just appeared on COS at Sainsburys. Can get 1 of each free. They don't look too appealing to me :rotfl:

    Tenth Anniversary
    OK, I have a problem.

We have 200 + DVDs and abput 150 CDs They are currently on a swivel shelf but really need to get rid of that and find a different way of storing them, ideally so we can still see what we have and access them quickly.

Been looking at the Really Useful 18 litre boxes but would need around 7 and would cost £64 (didn't even look at the postage) from the cheapest source I can find.

So, does anyone have a better idea please? They will have to go into the spare room.

Good afternoon enterprise with your knowledge have you considered a home server, we have all our music and films, bar blue ray, on the server we do keep the originals but they are stored away , I keep a selection of cds for the car but dh uses a USB in the car too.:)

Got a few 200g packs of Bewley's Fairtrade ground coffee at 50p a go at our local bargain store today, hope it's ok!

Is it just a local to you bargain store pippo? Or one I might have down here? I only got 8 bags of coffee and Mr TS can get through 2 a week easily. :o

You might have to start a mail order. :rotfl:

We have considered it, admittedly would only need a couple of TB, but just like using the discs. Also have a load of games to store too, havent even included those

The waitrose one coffee he really liked. Not sure what I paid but it was very cheap when was on offer and on PYO and combined with a conditional spend...

That's what we are about isn't it cheap expensive stuff. :D

You should see my lounge at the moment, I have had a big sort out. Going to do a car boot again. All new stuff. :o And I've not got rid of a single shampoo or conditioner and still filled 4 big boxes. I have gone through my hair dyes and getting rid of about 20. :o DD was trying to work out whether I still had a lifetimes worth and asked me at what age I would stop dyeing my hair. :rotfl:

I filled a big box to car boot last year with toiletries..... it's still in the cupboard :rotfl::rotfl:

Still have 10 of the 'big birds' shower stuff, and many and various others, might not last until I die, but a good 8 years I think!

I know I will not 'need' another lipstick before I die, I have a box with about 15 new ones in, not counting the many in use. I now make an effort to put lippy on even if I'm not going out, in the hope of using one or two up!

    Thanks.
The excitement of planning a shop has gone now.
I'll just be a posh muggle today then and spend a tenner. Would my coffee and paper be included in my 10 total?
    Tia.

Yes, and the waities mags count too

Oh sorry TS it's a one off called 'Barry's Bargains' in Consett, Co. Durham.

Today's haul included 8 full sized lion bars - £1
    Battenburg 40p
Tubs of white drinking chocolate - 50p
8 (big) bags of walkers crisps £1
    12 pack of Cheddars - £1
3 boxes of Jacobs Crisptoasts - 60p (they are really nice!)
    1.35 litres Fairy WUL - £1

The shop grew from a market stall and most things are around about their sell by date. It is a great shop for all the things that are bad for you, chocolate, biscuits, crisps etc.
The cakes are usually Mr Kipling's or M&S without the packaging!

They also have black pudding and and pease pudding for us northerners!

PS haven't tried the coffee yet, it might be carp!

You should do it, I did really well end of last year, I only took 3/4 small boxes I must have had the smallest table there but people were prepared to pay what I was asking not as much as you could probably get on ebay but I can't be bothered with that I would forget to post something or other. :rotfl:

I've halved the lipstick/glosses stash, have about 8 to sell, I'll let you know in couple of weeks how well they go. ;) I'm selling the stuff from the Boots Natural Collection glitch too the powders and bronzers I got DD as she never did use any, I put order in too quick I should have asked her first. Luckily I did ask with the recent micellar water one as that would have been a mistake.

Trouble is I still don't seem to have made any space, it all just breathes out like the freezer does when you take stuff out. I think we get good at stashing stuff away. :o
