    From yesterday.
7 items (5 different) on your receipt qualify for comparison Asda Tesco
0.92x ASDA Grower's Selection Loose Banana (order by number of bananas or select kg) (per kg) £0.70 £0.69
1x ASDA No Added Sugar Blackberry & Elderflower Flavoured Sparkling Water Bottle (1lt) £0.40 N/A
    3x Faustino VII Rioja (75cl) £22.44 £19.50
    1x ASDA Semi Skimmed Milk (4pt) £1.09 £1.09
1x ASDA Smart Price Chopped Tomatoes in Tomato Juice (400g) £0.29 £0.31
    1x Castello Extra Creamy Brie (200g) £1.95 N/A
    2x ASDA Minced Steak & Onion Puff Pastry Pie (150g) £1.40 N/A
    1x ASDA Peppermint Antacid Tablets (72pk) £2.00 N/A
    1x Goodfella's Pepperoni Thin Pizza (340g) £2.00 £1.00
1x ASDA No Added Sugar Peach Flavoured Sparkling Water Bottle (1l) £0.40 N/A
Comparison total (compared products only) £26.52 £22.59
    +£3.93 cheaper

I'm puzzled, If T's was £3.93 cheaper how come APG is £6.19? I would have expected it to be £4.32, ie £3.93 x 1.1.
I know my brain, and the whole house is full of plaster dust, but what am I missing?

Hi pippo, it's £3.93 plus 10% of the total cost at T's ie the £22.59.
    So £3.93 plus £2.26 is £6.19 hth

I'm well jealous of the fish elaine.......well done you.

    Was this W?

We were out last night for a family meal. Food was great but felt rushed. It was the sort of place where your food seems to arrive seconds after you order and one course followed another too quickly.

Now I'm planning my day....cooking, baking and looking ahead to a productive April:T

    Weather is crap:o

Yes it was my local. It started off at 40p to 60p and I thought of you when it went to 5p.

    Favourite Easter memories anyone ?

Mine is when I was about 10 and my sister 7 and my mum took us to Woolworths just after Easter and we would have some broken Easter eggs in a bag either 2ozs or a quarter lol can't remember .:o

    Try Me Free...

    Rana Tortelloni pasta
    https://win.rana.co.uk/#main

MSM shows these @ £2.50 at A and M only. Apparently there are special Try Me Free packs to buy, upload receipt and money is paid into paypal or bank account :)
    Another try me free.....Marigold

    https://www.marigold.co.uk/try-me-free/

Thank you, both. The Marigold needs to be the TMF marked packs but the Rana doesn’t seem to need a special packet. I suppose we’d just need to know which flavours are in the offer.

Mackerel coupons still running last time I looked but WiFi here is rubbish and the page won’t load properly for me — it doesn’t do the bit which asks if I am a robot :(
