I had a wasted journey too Anon. There's a moral in there somewhere:o

I missed whoopsies altogether. The fridge couldn't have coped with anymore:rotfl:

I got some wombles instead but unable to check them.

My only shopping conquests today were a battered box of Weetabix and some toilet rolls both RTC at 80p:)

Oh yes....the Robinsons Creations has gone up to £2 in S. It wasn't a wasted journey. I found some Napolina sauce to get my 70p off Green Gin:)

In other news Ive meal prepped, swept up outside, put up the Easter decorations and made an Easter tree. I'll take a pic tomorrow when it's light.

We had daylight until 7.20ish tonight:T:T:T:T

Wonder if Mr hillbilly fancies a bop around the kitchen with me:rotfl:

With the wine and the fred perry skirt im sure he would :rotfl:

    Hello cjj:T:T:T

I often think about another cat but think it would spook out Oz. He's such a scaredy cat.
If they get on they would be great company for each other. I think the last good deal for flea treatment was posted on here, someone will correct me I'm sure. Was it Frontline 3 packs for £10 with 3 applications a pack . But that was a glitch. My order never arrived but I wasn't charged. Shout if you find a good deal though as I'll be needing some soon.

I will, I'm currently using advocate that does fleas and worms. I have to pay for prescription and then buy online. Get only does 6 months and I think charges £10 each time. I had a feeling all in they were £6 per treatment but they were from last year and my other cat so can't fully remember.

This new kitten has had a rough start. Someone burnt her whiskas off  xx
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

    Happy Anniversary xx

Question on cats please. Thinking of rescuing a kitten of similar age to Remi. I've never had 2 cats of the same age and I'm guessing if they do get on which I think they will it's lovely to watch them grow up together. How do people find 2 cats versus 1 cat ?

Also would like to know what people use for fleas and worms. Mine is prescription only and works out about £6 a pipette. Is that good please ? Tia xx

I think if you are going to get another one, do it now. I rescued a cat (about 18 months old vet reckoned) from the curry mile. He had never been used to human contact. I had a lot of help off Cats Protection to catch him and they had him neutered, but said he wasn't wild enough to live on a farm (which is something they often do with feral cats) and I said I would foster him - that was five years ago lol. I already had a female cat and they didn't hit it off at all.

Looking back it was probably a bit mean to bring another cat in, when ours was around 8/9 years old. Having said that, they just about tolerate being in the same room together and things are much improved, but it has taken a long time.

I use advocat for fleas cjj, and bought it on offer off the internet. Wouldn't be any use for kittens though, it's for cats over 4 kg.

They must do advocat for kittens then cjj ? I will find you the details of where I bought mine from. On a bogof offer at the time, and bought off the internet from what turned out to be a reputable firm.

I will find you the name and pm you and you can check out their website to see how much it is. xx
