    Tenth Anniversary
Good morning all, a bit damp here and rather grey, but at least it is not raining.

Had a bit of a panic today, my laptop is not as good as it once was but I have always assumed that it is fairly simple to start it in Safe mode. Apparently it is not, in Windows 10 they have disabled F8 for Safe mode and my laptop will not accept the instruction to allow it :( I shall have to work it all out later.

    Morning peeps. :)

Who's looking forward to F1 this afternoon. :D

So you should have been proud, when you are ill your mind is not in the same frame, if you want to do it again you will :D xx
Thanks for saying that but i have said it before and will say it again, it was tweets that inspired me to go SW, wouldnt say its easy because you have to be mindful what you eat, but it is not a diet its a lifestyle change and one i hope that will be with me for ever, you dont starve, i eat massive meals but then i dont need to snack:T:T and that was my downfall before, snacking:eek: come over to the SW thread , every one is welcome, they are very good, helpful and encouraging:T:T
I read for about 2-3 weeks before i joined SW as you have to get your head round it:rotfl:

Thanks Bubbs, for your encouragement. I hope to have a bit of space over Easter so I shall go looking for the thread.

I've just realised that the clock down the hall never got changed in October so that'll be right now:rotfl:

    Hmm.

So my car clock is now 62 minutes slow instead of 2 minutes slow.

The bedroom wall clock is now 10 minutes fast instead of 50 minutes slow.

The living room clock is now 54 minutes slow, and I haven't even looked at the hall clock.

The laptop and the phone are both right,:j although the laptop seems about 3 seconds ahead of the phone...

I'd change them all in one go, but doing the winter-time +/- has become such a habit that if I put them all on the right time I'd probably get really confused. So it's best done in stages... :rotfl:

Well I have had a great day so far. 1 bed stripped & already on washing line, 2nd still to do as DD is still in it. All downstairs windows are washed as is the car. I am now sitting down enjoying a well deserved coffee before I attack next weeks meal pan.

I have sell for £1 again today so will list a few bits at some point. I did not get an email, but it was on the account so check accounts if you need it.

I think my motivation issues MUST be down to lack of sunshine as yesterday I spent a couple of hours cleaning, then 3 hours garden tidying then off for wine shopping. Today I have done all cleaning, just a quick vacuum round downstairs to do then a bit of wallpaper stripping before cooking roast dinner as I have my Mum staying :D

  • Just thinking about getting a red wine instead of white and wondered whether the casillero Cabernet Sauvignon had been confirmed yet. I've had a search back but can only see it reported as picking up the M £6 price.

I've anyone knows please I'd be grateful. Thanks
