    Yes 5 stone and 1/2lb:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: dont forget the 1/2 :p thankyou x
Seen a neighbour this morning when i was t shopping centre, i usually only see her in the car this weather, so she not really seen me since the start of Autumn and she said i dont know you when i spoke  i said you do its bubbs, from across the rd:rotfl: she looks blank , no i dont, her hubby goes yes you do, she said i recognise the face not the body:rotfl::rotfl:
    I said well i have lost 5 stone:D
She is the 2nd person that has said the exact same words this week, i had never heard it before

Bubbs you are an inspiration. I had lost a measly ½ stone (but was very proud of myself) and want to lose more, but before Christmas was very stressful and then I got ill, so I've put most of it back on again. You give me the encouragement to try again. Thank you.

I went to look for this and it is only for premium accounts which mine is not. :(

Also thank you to whoever posted the ebay thing but it sadly isn't on my account.

Perhaps I will have more joy if I go back to my ironing!!

Carex handwash refill 500ml 25p net via Tesco Brand Guarantee and COS

Carex handwash refills 500ml are £1.50 in T's with 75p cashback on COS. The original and moisture also compare to Morries price of £1.00 via Brand G'tee making the net price 25p each. I haven't tried the Aloe as I can't see that Morries sell that one. Claim up to 6 times for each flavour :)

I have those two in my Ms but I haven't got Aloe either. Is there a benefit to buying in T or can these just be bought in M and the CB claimed? Or could the Moisture version, according to that, I haven't checked A fully yet, be bought in A vs M and 10% cheaper and CB = 15p?

Thank you, so if I spent £15 I would lose the other £5?

Could I buy something to take away to use it up?

No, if you read the voucher it says you need to spend £20 or more to qualify (so if you spent £15 it would cost you £15 cash as your voucher will be rejected :D).

I don't know if you can do takeaway as I haven't been yet.

The cashback is only available if bought in T Savvy.

    Well that was a result!
Took the tattinger back, and instead of a £50 cash refund, and £20 on a gift card for the APG's used, they just gave me it all in cash. :D

So you should have been proud, when you are ill your mind is not in the same frame, if you want to do it again you will :D xx
Thanks for saying that but i have said it before and will say it again, it was tweets that inspired me to go SW, wouldnt say its easy because you have to be mindful what you eat, but it is not a diet its a lifestyle change and one i hope that will be with me for ever, you dont starve, i eat massive meals but then i dont need to snack:T:T and that was my downfall before, snacking:eek: come over to the SW thread , every one is welcome, they are very good, helpful and encouraging:T:T
I read for about 2-3 weeks before i joined SW as you have to get your head round it:rotfl:
