    Oh it's well safe!

I bring it in when nobody is looking!
Many years ago returning from the girls booze cruise to France my exhaust dropped of 20 miles out of Dover on the M20 (we'd only had the car for a week!) and yes I had checked that we weren't overladen.
Lovely AA man rescued us... we gave him 4 random bottles from the boot!

Gosh those were the days, I remember them well...:D

I also remember going as foot passengers for £1, we then caught a bus to Bruges, caught the bus back to the port, but it was a different part of the port so we ended up walking down the motorway to the next village with a 5year old and a toddler in a pushchair ( a sturdy blue mothercare one,) and 3 cases of little bottles of Belgium beer as well as other goodies from the hypermarket, we had 1 hour before the ferry set sail:eek:...it was a weekend and everywhere was then shut..but a kind man who worked at the port took us in his car the back roads and across river beds and water filled canals ..it was a bit like the 'Italian job' film and the little minis .....phew we got there
it made an everlasting memory of about 33 years ago :)

ive often said what ever would we do if we were ever raided by the police ... even though we aren't guilty how could we explain our stashes, toiletries, hair shampoos, wine, beer, food stuffs, + all the fillers.... arggggg!!!!!!:o:o
My greatest worry is the tax man! Mr Grumps is self employed and I think they wouldn't believe how little I actually spend compared with what's in the house. I have trouble explaining it to friends and family, so no chance of explaining it to the authorities!!:rotfl::rotfl:
Actually Mr Grumps is slowly catching on and mentioned today that he only had 4 after shave balms left..........
