Sorry, cant help you. I use petplan who arnt the cheapest, but once the dog gets to a certain age, you cant really change insurers. Frankly they have you over a barrel.

It was 2012 - I remember this because it was my birthday and me, the bestie and her little one were in the pub garden and we went for ice cream too little one had just turned one and she's 7 now. We had about 23 degrees that day :j

I live in hope of another heatwave every year but every year I get disappointed :rotfl:

I wonder if this was the year I sat out on the lawn on the last day of March and got sunburnt
