    Banoffee pie? Fudge?

    Or milk jelly? One of our earliest cookery lessons in school was milk jelly, make jelly with less than half the usual water, cool it and top it up to a pint with evap before setting it.

    Loved this a a kid, fluffy jelly, after adding the milk it was whisked until fluffy, see bubbs called it mousse, posh she is :D

    We used to have that at home in the summer, half set the jelly then whisk it up with evap, gorgeous it was :D
