I am getting annoyed now. I picked up a marble rolling pin in TKMAXX for £5, probably because it had no stand, but I thought it would be easy to get a simple wooden stand for it. Cannot find a single one :mad:
There is a wire one, but would not suit her kitchen, but just a simple concave strip of wood is almost impossible to find. If anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated.
Good afternoon, enterprise you could have a search for a local wood turner and get one made, or if you have a secondary school connection maybe the craft class could make you one. We also have a home for challenged adults local that make all sorts of Wooden crafts so maybe worth a google for local sources, good luck:)The person who never makes a mistake never learns anything.0 -

The navy dress mhoc, if it’s long enough couldn’t you wear with thick tights and boots? I’m after a couple of wintry dresses to wear with boots so I’ll go back and have another look
This is the one - I think it def needs leggings unless you are a lithe and lovley 20 something
And ankle boots
And the Marks over long vest underneath

I got the Breville VKT124 today in the double up. It was reduced to £35 so a bargain . They also had some other brands but can't remember which now.

SnS
Thanks SnS.
Sel still said £55 but scanned at £35.
So doubled up to £30.
Much better model than the Argos £29.99 basic one.
So thanks for mentioning if I wouldn't have bothered thinking it was too expensive.curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -

I think this weekend is now organised - BIL is going down to bring Parents here on Sunday.
That Sister booked into Travelodge for Sunday night near Aintree Hospital.
I entertain Parents Sunday night & all day Monday (house viewing 11am)
Other Sister will have to take over as I then catch a train early Tuesday morning to either Fazakerley or St Helens Central depending when That Sisters hospital release is & the results appt in St Helens laterOur Family Motto ~If all else fails - read the instructions...

Oh I do like the navy dress. Will try it on and see how it looks, also like the mustard dress on the facing page.
Premium reminds me of the Gok collection they had. Bought a lovely dress a few christmases ago then sold it on eBay for not a lot less than I paid for it:happylove Nanny to 2 Cherubs :happylove0
