I went to a different S today. I got a till spit for 500 extra points when spending £10 on TU and a 5 x points when you spend £10 so I went and bought a jumper half price. That got me an extra 550 points so add in my missing thousand and I'm doing well today in that front :)

Don't think I'll bother with little offers like Virgin trains again. Far too much hassle having to chase the points. I know mine got sorted quickly but I've read of too many folks who have had to jump through all sorts of hoops to get their points

Twin pack in T plus £1 back on GJ

This is the best tissue as it is 3ply. I usually get it from HB at 1.99 per twin pack.

I'm convinced that Kleenex for Men in the black box used to be 3ply, but sadly it is no longer, they changed it to 2ply. (I recall an elderly friend insisting on KfM for that reason, I used to do her shopping about 5 years ago.)

    Dd2 in her uniform xxxcc

    oh my, so grown up.
I have pics of Eldest son from his passing out parade day after phase 2 but the photos that make me choke are also the unplanned ones - when he was 17 and doing his gliding scholarship in green overalls and with orange hair :(

Mostly though after several years abroad when he was posted back to the UK and he was stationed only about an hour from us. That first Friday he finished work and drive home, arriving in the door still in uniform ...
I dont know if its just uniforms as such but more so the realision that they belong to an entire other world, completely seperate to home life

I haven't had any amount of CC voucher in years. Back in the good old 4x days I was saving them for a car just as Motorpoint (IIRC) pulled their deal without warning (my mate rang me from site whilst buying his car, having been told they would only honour as he had vouchers in hand). So I went to Italy, USA, China and on safari instead. All courtesy of Mr T and his various deals. Anyone remember points for photo keyrings and vitamins? :T

I remember them and the ones if you spent £10 on H&B and got the £2.50 off that doubled up with the points ones as well that were in their leaflets.
