Can anyone help:-

Moving from Bt got bt email address they want to charge £5 a month to keep it, how do I move all my emails to my gmail account.

Not sure if I will loose them when I move.

I've asked more than once.

Our friendly neighbourhood board guides have already clearly said they have not been told either. It perhaps highlights that MSE should provide further information to the guides, as they are expected to regularly moderate and remove posts (e.g. affiliate links) yet are then not told when a situation like this arises, which unfairly leaves them to pick up the pieces.
