I’m now secretly relieved I didn’t get any as I haven’t got time to go before the end of the month. Although I’m sure I could have recycled them:whistle::whistle:

I've driven past couple of waities in 2 different counties several times in the last couple of weeks, so it's their loss.

I do hope they find the brother who went missing on the stag do in Germany. Reports of sightings of a confused scots man today, I hope they are genuine. :o

I’m making this tomorrow with my blood oranges. Looks a bit of a faff until you pick through it. I’m assuming almond meal is ground almonds and I have plenty of that to use up

It looks lovely. I will try one tomorrow. I am sure DD will refuse to eat them unless I come up with a funky name for them.

Thank You. I got my card in November, met the 'spend' requirements and got my bonus points added to my account. I was planning on cancelling my card now and applying again in my own name in 6 months time. Once my card is cancelled I was thinking that I could apply again for my DH - and was hoping to link it to the same nectar card i used on the assumption that it was no longer linked to my cancelled card. He has got a Sainsbury crd in his own name but he hasn't used it for ages and I would probably have to phone them to get it re-activated - I thought it would be easier to use my card and keep all the points together.

If I cancel my card now I wouldn't be able to refer DH for extra points but my only reason for cancelling my card first was so I would (hopefully) be able to link my Sainsbury card to his account. If I can't do that it sounds as though it would be better to keep my card for a bit longer and refer him before I cancel .

    Does that sound right ?
I think you can pick up an unregistered nectar in sains then have it added as an additional card to your nectar account in dh name and then use it for his amex nectar application but...

There was some recent announcement about only giving the sign up bonus once. Once ever. It used to be every 6 months but they caught on to advantage takers. Article about it here.

....if it really is no more repeats then best to wait for the 10k/20k bonus sign up offer nectar run sometimes.

I had heard this but was hoping it was just going to be a cut off date after which if you had had an account bonus you wouldn't get another one so that we could do one more round. DW is due a platinum in the next few weeks, not sure if I should apply for it anyway if the online t&c are still saying 6 months.

There was also another rumour on t'otherside that sains are not going to do nectar double up again having the value of all those points :(
    I think....
