Hunday manor hotel. It!!!8217;s near Workington and the Lake District. Middle of nowhere but that suits Dh as he can go running in the grounds then I can have an hour at the shops

I will have a book and a nice wee drink , Pepsi when I am abandoned :rotfl:

I promised myself that we would go away more as I am not tied with holidays. I ran payroll for the last 16 years and was always restricted with dates plus I need a new knee at some point in the future so making the most of my limited mobility just now

So, so far so good 5 booked just now.

Nothing, we were just trying to think of the glitch that we all had to wait up till after midnight every night. Cant remember what it was.

Wasn't that the MaccyD one where you looked at an advent type calendar?

If you refer your DH there is 5000 bonus points available (on top of the standard 20k) but this can be beaten if nectar are doing 10k or even 20k extra points.

Most of the new customer incentives say not if you had the same sort in the last 6 months but this only applies to principle cardholder.

Each Nectar card can only be linked to one Amex account but a second nectar card on one account with a different number works ok.

Thank You. I got my card in November, met the 'spend' requirements and got my bonus points added to my account. I was planning on cancelling my card now and applying again in my own name in 6 months time. Once my card is cancelled I was thinking that I could apply again for my DH - and was hoping to link it to the same nectar card i used on the assumption that it was no longer linked to my cancelled card. He has got a Sainsbury crd in his own name but he hasn't used it for ages and I would probably have to phone them to get it re-activated - I thought it would be easier to use my card and keep all the points together.

If I cancel my card now I wouldn't be able to refer DH for extra points but my only reason for cancelling my card first was so I would (hopefully) be able to link my Sainsbury card to his account. If I can't do that it sounds as though it would be better to keep my card for a bit longer and refer him before I cancel .

    Does that sound right ?

Thanks - I just wish they had a website, can't be having with shops you have to go to to find out how much things cost :(
It is worth going, just to see how the other half live, and how they fritter away their money. I found the customers as/more rude than any other shoppers.
