Only once have I been asked to see the email. Usually name and post code is enough, but I do pick up in a small M&S food that probably doesnt have many orders.

Don't think I have mentioned spree books, have local and national coupons. Need to pay, but can have good deals, worth checking out, you can preview the books before purchase.

Afternoon elite, in HB I found Food Haven pure coconut oil portions 250g for £1 in the fridge section. Seems quite cheap for coconut oil.

They've never asked me for proof. they usually only ask for a name.
