  • Evening elite, don't know if anyone has tried using one of the M&S android pay gift cards but the biggest store in the UK hadn't seen one before and had no idea how to use it. After help from a top manager he worked out that the code is not a gift card code but needs to be inputted as a promotional code. They kindly gave me the two hot chocolates and toasted tea cake as a gesture of goodwill for my patience.:)
    Did someone mention that the shops have to be more than a minute apart? That will explain why I haven't always got an envelope! I seem to be eating a lot of bananas:rotfl:

    exciting day in our house tomorrow, we are fitting the very last double glazed window :j:j:j
    could not afford this one when we did the rest as its a very , very big window, so got it made last week and tomorrow its going in so fingers crossed for a nice day, as its the bathroom one and fed up of a draughty bathroom xxx

    i know and oh has now said while we are doing it lets put in a new suite with electric shower and an electric wall heater so going to be warmest room in house . boys very pleased as only room that gets phone signal so they have to go in there to ring their girl friends :rotfl::rotfl:
