I just come back in to find Waities envelope.
My excitement was short-lived with four £4 off £40 spend
Happy with the £2.50 off pre-packed beef but £1 off soup ? ?
Only used to free soup with CV coupons
.
I got 4 x £6 off £30, 1 x £2.50 off minced beef and 1 x £2.50 off of pre-packed beef. (I am assuming that this includes diced braising steak) both of these are on my picks.0 -
if this is the "new loyalty scheme" then I'm not impressed
Vouchers tailored to you and based on previous shops they say - absolute rubbish. I got exactly the same vouchers as you and I've never bought either beef or soup there!
This doesn't bode well.
I have bought the beef diced braising steak (which is on my picks) , but never 'bought' soup. My soup has always been free or better with CV soup coupon and PYO
Maybe they are trying to keeps folks interested with the conditional spends
I am sure whatever they are offering going forward, it won't be half as good as we have had

Morning all
Not doing porridge today are we?
Was annoyed with OH yesterday. I got him 12 packets as its one of the few jealthy things he actually likes to eat. He;s a very picky eater and spends the day snacking on sweets.
Anyway, he said, o why dont you go this evening (yesterday evening) and get some more. Im like, Ive got enough and its too cold. He says o think of all the money you will save over the year. This is the bit that gets me. He thinks nothing of sending money abroad to his mum (which I dont mind) but doesnt shop around for the cheapest way to do it and it cost about £40 in fees each time. But if I mention that its o all you go on about is saving money. Bit ironic isnt it
Rant over
