Have they checked that the roof felt is overhanging into the guttering?

If they have cut it short for some reason or it!!!8217;s perished then water from the roof could be running into the brickwork and penetrating it...in theory

Have they damaged any tiles while they were up there?

They went up when she called them back and said they couldnt see anything out of order, but we ccant get up there so need someone else too look for there opinion

Fourp was very good :) he was sandwiched between a crying baby & a 2 year old with sticky hands :rotfl:

On our return it was snowing on the Brecon Beacons, nowhere else - so weird going from sunshine to snow & then back to sunshine :)

Sounded like a nightmare getting there  reminded me of when we first went to Gran Canaria. I actually hired a car just for five days. My brilliant idea on first day to have a drive around the island, took all day, up and down mountains, no safety barriers in some places and one hell of a drop down

The visit looks very interesting Snap, what a treasure, a coin made by you. Poor Fourp trapped like that :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Altojack, nice to see you posting, how are you ?

Bubbs, did the old softs have vents built into them, and do the new ones ?
I know you say it's well ventilated, but this could have something to do with it.
I have been doing a bit of reading up because someone was meant to come and give me an estimate today to replace mine, but didn't turn up.

Have had hardly any wombles in recent months, seems to be a lot more car park cleaners than there used to be, but yesterday visited a different store due to medical appointment and got one for £10.56 - nothing interesting just a big shop that all compared for £111.94.
I have vents in current ones, so know I need vents in new ones.

She does not know either way:o, but it wasnt cheap and was a big company

    Afternoon all

    Nut Wit bank :mad::mad::mad:
Just spent a total of 6 hours on the phone to them. 2 hours last night. Passed from person to person which evenutally ended with the promise to phone back this morning at 10am, as couldnt do anything more at that time of night (8pm) even though I was told it was 24 hour helpline. .
No phone call at 10am, so phoned them about 12 mid day. Again passed from person to person. One person said they had sorted the problem but I had to re register as an online user but our bank account. DD's SO's Debit Card etc will still be the same. So try to re register. No joy. So again back on the phone and eventually got through to someone who said the previous problem hadnt been sorted thats why I couldnt re register. At last someone who knew what they were doing and I managed to re register while that person was still on the phone.
Ive only been a customer of theirs for about 40 years.
    What a palaver :(

Same as my OH the past couple of days with sjpb useless, after some tweets and other social media rants they very quickly called him up within minutes after 3 hours worth of calls! He has a large twitter following so that got them to promptly contact him.!
