    How rude:eek:

Is there nothing working in the 5 for £1 sweets these days?

    Please and thank you :)

In my local the caramel freddo was in 5 for £1, but did not show on APG.

Anyway, without quoting the Dad's Army pic, I don't think we are doomed.

People either get Martin's email or they don't, so 50/50.

Of the ones who do get it, they'll either read that bit or they won't, so another 50/50.

Of the ones who do read that bit, they'll either be interested or not, so another 50/50.

Of the ones who are interested, they'll either act upon it or they won't, so another 50/50.

Of the ones who act upon it, they'll either be successful or they won't bother again, so another 50/50.

So that's 1 in 32 max, and even then they are going to have to be lucky, so 1 in 64.

And some people only shop elsewhere anyway. :D

the mail has already gone out, did you not see it Weds?

If it goes out on National TV. it could all change, not necessarily down to more people using APG but due to Asda cracking down on wombling and APG use.

AP - £5 and £3 Gweggs today. A little quieter over the last few days. Either prizes are running out or perhaps allocated between months?

We shall see. We cannot complain really as we have done well out of the promo overall.

I was surprised to get 2x £20 meal and 2x £5 Gweg today, that's out of 40 taps though.

CO15 is different – in it you will find a person who will scam you quickly. It is called trash.
  • Thanks Chris, I will report back.

I saw it in the sidebar the other day but it wouldn't let me quote it for some reason.

  • Hi all regular lurker here.
Anyway I know a few of you have been asking recently about finding clearance stock on Argos. The site I use is : checkstocknow.com
All you need to do is put the Argos item number in, your postcode and search radius and then press search. It will locate all stock nearest store to you to furthest away. I have used many times and find it really handy to locate that hard to find stuff.
    Hope it helps.
    Back to lurkdom..
