I paid £2 on ebay for 3 pixi 3 unlocks but no codes yet. Sending off an old scratched locked phone to alcatel, hopefully just 12.50 hit whereas the pixis are worth 18 at cex - time will tell if this is the right call.

50 failed taps on my sumup and 2 x gregs :(
    I think....

Been to adsa, first time this month I think. Used a £2.11 APG, and it needed supervisor over-ride, apparently everything over £2 needs it.
    You come across this Chris?

if they tried the lazy way and put it through as a manufacturers coupon. that does happen

oh self service, did you input the apg numbers rather than scan it

I got 2 £3 gwegg out of 40 taps today, had a few actually in shops but even they were draws.

Either they’re running low on prizes or are restricting them.

Yes the T tills trigger the envelope even before you scan any items. If in T I scan a few times before going to the payment screen :). It helps using a couple of accounts as switching between the two means the timing is normally right (same on San ATMs).

Has anyone got B4rclays machines to trigger the envelope? If yes, which bank card are you using please, as I have tried with different cards and it just has an error and doesn’t trigger.

    Many thanks

Anon, my Bcly ATM triggers with both Sntdr & RBS cards. HTH.

    Good evening Elite.
Hoping everyone is warm, happy and well. Hugs to those not so.

A successful visit to Iceland followed.

I got this little lot for 35p using up my Bonus bond voucher from Shopper Panels

There were no Uncle Bens rice dishes left but I spotted the Veetee rice at 50p:) Ideal for DD at lunchtime. Got 7 packs.

Got 3 packs of the bacon at 67p a pack

Diet Coke as I needed some and tea, as stocks are reducing as the Ringtons boy has stopped coming:o

The Birds trifles were RTC at 50p. I’ve never bought one before but the jelly inside must cost that alone.

I treated myself and bought a carrier bag too:rotfl:

No, scanned it, but knowing me, probably did it wrong. It was just the way she sounded, it was as if any over £2 were needing a supervisor check. She could not even do it herself as it needed the supervisors code.

And next week "nailing jelly to the ceiling". You're wasting your time.

It’s tricky. We all have lines we don’t cross.

Take for example the recent Adnams fiasco. I’m sure none of us took it upon ourselves to check out how viable this company was, before we started placing orders. Their CEO didn’t have to honour the glitch but did so fully aware of the stresses it was placing on his company. Stresses that could perhaps lead to a fall in profits, a loss of jobs.....none of us know:o

The supermarkets have been their own worst enemies for years.....how many Swipe and Win promotions have there been?

Surely if they wanted to close the loophole, they could have done so before now.

My take on it is that we are all adults, we make our own decisions and let those who are without blame cast the first stone.

Who will be to blame when APG ends? The womblers, the click and collect shoppers taking advantage of glitches or the individual buying 12 yoghurts for £3 but getting back £4?

TM I buy the A rice pouches, there are a few different varieties at 49p/59p.
The wholegrain one is especially nice.

    Off for a catch up.

    Thanks curly....yes I’ll give them a try:)

I had a voucher to use and it was either Iceland or Farmfoods and I was passing an Iceland.

I still have some of the Tilda left but stocks are declining rapidly
