They spread salt in the winter and pepper in the summer. Why else do you think so many people have watery eyes and sneezing fits in the summer ?

Just had a text from DS. He announced he’s got in flight WiFi.

He’s flying above China now and happily sending us on board photos.

    DM will feel my pain:o:rotfl:

Wish he would just tell me when he’s landed:o

I never understand these glitches including the Muller my brain just doesn't work that way. I am eternally grateful to izzeyb who explains step by step what I need to buy. In my defence I am having exploratory works on my brain, I blame the chemo I don't think I've always been this thick.
    I do appreciate everyone's explanations.

    (((hugs)))

I wouldn’t worry, sometimes what is logical to one doesn’t make sense to someone else, you only need to see blank looks after jokes while other people are rolling on the floor :D.

The key is to bring deals like this to the thread and we will explain it in all forms (you need only look at how many times Müller has been explained to prove my point ;)).

    Thank you

I think bristol must be the only snowless place in the country! We just have rain. Freezing cold rain that stings like a bee when it lands on you and renders you unable to achieve anything outdoorsy because it's sbo blinkin wet and cold and miserable ::rotfl:
We watched rich house poor house last night, great programme I've never seen it before. But it was in Bristol and it is now on my list of go to places, what a lovely place it looks, lucky you for living there :D

I'm the opposite I wish I could be more sensible. The world would be a strange place if we were all the same. I do appreciate people's patience on here explaining over and over again. I remember my first apg shop I ever did ssm sent me a list of what to buy, I did wonder what I was going to do with 10 boxes of green tea. When I asked her she said she only bought them because she liked them and I should have left them off haha. Maybe I have always been this thick, who knows.
I darent even think about the tap and pay thing.
  • Good morning all, snowing here, even settling on the lawn!

There is a half marathon on locally too!

As for slicing Tiger bread, never had a problem here, but then I do use a bread knife!

    :rotfl::T:rotfl: Loved it! :rotfl::T:rotfl:

I'm going youth hostelling at the end of March, and thinking I'd take the Heinz with me, tried the macaroni cheese the other evening.

Oh my goodness, how vile

They'll be going to the foodbank, not sure I can face trying the ravioli and bolognase!

Went youth hostelling once about 36 years ago, was great fun, 3 of us going off around the country. I was the one that planned the route and booked the hostels so I "may" have gone with what I wanted to do once or twice :rotfl::rotfl:

    g.

Ive never seen it either but I think I'll put it on catch up now! It is a lovely place to live generally but the reality is very different - crap public transport which is unreliable and expensive, horrendous traffic thanks to never ending roadworks and a wasteful council :(

But we have a lot of lovely places and sights :D
