Worth checking the freezers in C00p - it may just be my local, but xl Vienneta mint choc was 68p. Sprouts 25b a bag. Just short of 1kg turkey breast joint with stuffing £2.50. Plus my 10% off :).

JTS lovely to see you. Sorry you were declined though. Did they give a reason? xx

Thank you Altojack :A Hope you are okay x

No :( he seemed keen when I spoke to him, but the written rejection was the usual polite stuff about being able to choose another Medical Oncologist close to home etc. :o

    That's very good. :j

I've noticed when one meal deal ends, the leftovers seem to go into rtc cabinets, but the pricing in mine is not nearly as generous as yours.

Some trucks are convertible so have different kit to attach to the backs for different jobs (like road maintenance). The drivers will just work on road repairs and other jobs I would think?

I’m going to keep them in mind for the summer and see what they transform into:)

I'm sure it must be like this. Reminds me of a bloke I knew in America who repaired boilers and heaters in the winter and air conditioners in the summer. Had different business cards for each season.

I used to live near a caff that was a greasy spoon all day and then in the evening a different menu went up and it was a Chinese takeaway.:)

DS lives close to a little cafe in Leeds that’s also a bit greasy spoon during the day but at night time the owner indulges his creativity and it becomes a supper club. :)

    I don’t think so:o

But having said that, lots of us in the past have been fortunate enough to get someone helpful on customer service who has added the points

    Good morning lovely peoples

    Hope everyone is well :A

Upon the [STRIKE]orders[/STRIKE] advice of our lovely TM :A I have made baklava for the kiddies train journey to keep them warm.

I’ve had some disappointing news :(
I was hoping to escape from the clutches of Dr Doom and have my NHS cancer care taken over by another Oncologist at a different NHS hospital. But I have been declined! How to make a man feel wanted lol :o

    Baklava:rotfl::rotfl:

Sorry to hear about Dr Doom:o

Apart from his skills as a Dr, surely he should be personable:o

It sounds like he’s got the bedside manner of a wet fish:o

Afternoon elite, hope you all had a fabulous Christmas & New Year involving loads of post Christmas bargains. I did lurk while away and was quite envious of some of the bargains.

I did bring a food vacuum with 2 full rolls of bags from a charity shop for $5 home with me.

Just been to Wilko and they have Simply Straight heated ceramic brush for $2 reduced from their reduced price of $19.99. Still $24.99 in sada. Don't know if these are any good but might be useful for someone. (like this one:https://www.superdrug.com/Hair-Dryers-&-Electrical-Styling-Tools/JML-Simply-Straight-Heated-Hair-Straightening-Brush/p/712073)

Sorry about the dollar signs but the new laptop is from Australia and I don't know how to get pound sign:o

Welcome back josie:) This cold weather must be a shock to the system for you:o

Have you checked your settings for £ sign?

:o:o:o a bit late coming to the party but I've booked Missy onto the 6.52am on Monday - she doesn't like peanut butter, so I'll prepare her some Marmite butties instead :D

(that was easier than I had thought, why did I shy away for so long? )

Oh my goodness ...you’ve heard about hampys peanut butter sandwiches. She’s using squishy Tiger bread and TWO jars of peanut butter:eek:

There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
