Sue, hope the antibiotics to their work quickly for you. I use inhalers and find using what they call a spacer enables you to breath more of the contents in. I get mine from the surgery. Hope to see you back here soon fit and as well as can be expected xx

Good morning Elite :hello:

Just got up, had a rough few days with stomache and my other every day woes. Taking up an offer of second round of Pulmonary Rehabilitation, it’s on a Monday :j but I’ve said I will only do one day a week. Two days is too much for my arthritic body to take.

Hugs to the Elite poorly and those low in spirit and mind. You’re all high on my list of special thoughts xx

Hi mrs lds, 6 in one shop is fine, that's what I bought. 3 gives an apg of £3.30, 6 is £6.60 or even 9 with an apg of £9.90. You could of course buy 12, 15 etc depending on what value apg you are comfortable using. hth
