Been awake over an hour worrying about work. Thought about it all last night too. I really can't go on like this. It's effecting my health.

I keep getting similar notifications from Apple - the first few times I called Apple as the messages looked authentic but now I just delete them. I can see how people get sucked in by these bar stewards. The giveaway is usually the interesting grammar !

At least you’ve made the decision......I can’t go on like this.......but please don’t let it affect your health cjj. Take control of the situation and find a way through it. If you can’t face work any longer, then see what the alternatives are. It’s such a shame as you really enjoyed it at the outset but there’s other jobs out there I’m sure. Good luck
