Just had a very tearful call from my 34 years DS. One of his cats was run over this morning and killed. He doesnt know what to do about his other cat ( the dead cat's sister ) or how to tell his 2 year old daughter ( who loved the cat dearly - was always showing him her dolls etc ). Sad

Noticed they had large tin of eat smart beans in another store this morning with the points on, 32p, and also a packet of Eat Smart Instant Custard with the 300 points on, 38p.

The Felix Xmas treats tins that were reduced from £4 in Tesco to £2, went back up to £4.

But this morning they are scanning at 75p :j :j
Contains 5x packs of Felix treats which are usually £1 or more a pack.

Also the Pedigree Turkey Jumbones now 40p and the turkey flavour Schmackos (10 sticks) are 20p. BBE 01-03-19.

Tesco's own equivalent of the schmackos (20 in pack), Turkey and Sage flavour, are scanning at 20p.

    These were in a superstore

Rose, don’t know what to say. How very sad for your DS and his family, and the cat’s sister as she will miss it too. They really are like part of the family

I think it's just once when loaded to card, don't know for sure.

If you see a mag, can you let us know what the coupons are please?

    TIA.

Sadly that was my understanding too. :(

Will go by Boots on Thursday if not before and will try to pick up a mag.

    Afternoon Elite

I had a good drive down to Portsmouth, left at 5am and got here 8.30, including one fuel stop and one food and loo stop. Chatted to my friend Kit for 20 m8ns and then went to lie on bed for couple of hours. On my way down I realised that I'd forgotten to put my meds box in case but no way was I going back for them. I carry spare paracetamol and codeine in my handbag so woukd be ok for them, and could pinch a few hayfever tablets off Kit, but no way could I do without my 'nutty pills as I get I'll within a few hours of missing taking them. Either sickly I'll or rock bottom depression. So I rang 111 for advise and was told local pharmacy could help. Luckily I carry my latest copy of repeat prescription in my coupon wallet, just in case so pharmacist was able to go online to see my GP BHS medication records and do me an out of hours prescription and provide 2nd with my necessary medication. Worth noting, and we'll worth carrying your repeat prescription form with you at all time as you never know

I had an appointment for minor procedure under general anaesthetic, with overnight stay as alone in house, booked for 23rd January and was expecting a call. It came on Thursday but instead of postponing it, they said specialist wouldn't be in that day and could I come in on Wednesday 10th January 😮 so going in this coming week 😕

I hope this is still on track, 3Dogs.
