I have set up a Just Giving page in memory of our lovely sal and donations are to be made to Martlets Hospice where she spent her final days

She wasn’t a lady for fuss but I’m sure she would have forgiven us for wanting to honour her memory in this way.

Her funeral will take place on the 9th January and it will be private. Her family have suggested that we could perhaps remember her in our own way by raising a toast that evening to an incredible lady who will be missed so much:A:A

The Am4zon free voucher offer on 02 does seem to be SIM specific with packs they are sending out. I requested two SIMS separately - one arrived with a £10 giftcard offer (for £10 top up), the other £5 (for £10 top up). I tested as I topped up £10 and sent the £10 code on the SIM that had the £5 advert, but they only credited £5 the meanies :(.

Remember if you are requesting a free SIM then Q are offering £10 back for £10 top up.

If you don’t activate a pack/bundle on the SIM and stay on classic (and don’t leave it on your phone so it cannot use data!!), you will still have £10 to spend - so could potentially use the balance with 02 Mobile Pay.

I have two £10 O2 sims from getting two of the A3s from CPW - tell me more of this O2 mobile pay magic of which you speak , please.
    Evening luvlies

Nice healthy one this time :D

Seem to remember someone mentioning this yesterday but don’t think anyone commented on it so I didn’t have a clue what the promotion was. Anyway, thanks to coupon clippers Weetabix have a great promotion where you can get £5 free vouchers for fruit WYB a special pack of weetabix

    https://www.weetabixfruit.co.uk/

T&Cs are long to read but in a nutshell when you enter the code from the weetabix packaging you will receive 10 printable coupons (to the value of £5) which you can print instantly or save the link. Special packs required (the smaller the initial outlay the better ;))

‘Weetabix is giving away £5 off fresh fruit with every pack of Weetabix Original to help kick-start your year and so you can make your very own Weetabuddy each week. With delicious apples, raspberries, clementines and more,
    you’ll be spoilt for choice!

Have your unique pack code ready to claim your coupons’.

    ONE CLAIM PER HOUSEHOLD

    3. How to claim Weetabix Fruit discount coupons:
To claim discount coupons, participants must:

3.1. Purchase one of the following promotional packs of Weetabix:

    Weetabix Original 24 pack
    Weetabix Original 48 pack
    Weetabix Original 72 pack

5.2. The first coupon from the 10 received, will be valid for redemption within seven days from the date that the participant claims 10 discount coupons online. Each coupon thereafter is time-lapsed and has a specific seven-day redemption period as set out in Clause 6.

5.3. Coupons will specify the discount value, the redemption validity date, the type of fruit the discount applies to, and the minimum fruit weight or minimum quantity required to purchase. For example, minimum 600g or 5-pack of bananas.

5.4. Coupons can be redeemed at participating supermarkets and retailers (including major supermarkets) within the given redemption period. Coupons cannot be redeemed in Lidl or Aldi stores.

So assuming there are promotional packs, where is the best place to go - presumably given the freebie it might make sense to buy 2x 24 rather than 1 x 48 even if this is more expensive.

Evening, can i ask if any of the folks doing their fitbit challenge ( or anyone else) have an AltaHR ? I am wondering how much detail it gives on sleep. I currently have a a flex and it just gives sleep, restless and awake . I'm a bit of an insomniac and wonder if it worth upgrading, so i can get a clearer record of how much sleep I am actually getting. TIA

curlgirl have you tried downloading a free app to your phone for sleep tracking?

I have fitbit charge 2 HR- its the fitbit app that give the details so i assume if your tracks your Heart Rate then the app will be same as mine and give lots of details:

time in REM time in light sleep time in deep sleep time awake, averages, benchmarks against similar age/sex. It's amazing but very easy to get obsessed by it I suspect!

thanks for all the help with our FURBY CONNECT
they do much more than the old ones used to, hence the battery use
rechargeables are generally lower voltage in this country, and we need 1.5v. Have had a scout round but not really found any in this country (only 1200 mAh and we ideally need 2500mAh)
the rate we are using batteries it will be cheaper to go to USA and get the 1.5v we need. xx

    Hi
Just been reading your views on Android Pay. I think it’s linked to the device even with factory reset I couldn’t add a new account. I have managed to get one using a new gmail, same card on my Samsung tablet - you can’t use this to pay with but I set up the new account with the tap and pay showing then signed in on my A3 which the previous account had been on. I hope this makes sense. I suppose a cheap android with at least 4.4( to download android pay) would work to set up an account even with no nfc as once the account is set up then sign in on a phone with nfc.
